Cookie Policy

What we store in your browser, why, and how to switch it off.

Last updated: 31 July 2026

What cookies are

Cookies are small files placed in your browser by a website. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) we only set non-essential cookies with your permission; strictly necessary cookies do not require consent.

Strictly necessary cookies

A small number of cookies are needed for the site to work — for example keeping your session consistent while you browse, remembering preferences during a visit, and securing our contact form against abuse. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site.

Payment cookies

If you go through checkout, Stripe sets cookies needed to process the payment securely and prevent fraud. These are essential to the payment and are governed by Stripe's own privacy and cookie policies.

Analytics

Where analytics are enabled, they are used only in aggregate to understand which pages are useful. We do not build advertising profiles, run cross-site tracking, or sell any analytics data.

Third-party embeds

Embedded content such as maps, fonts or booking widgets may set their own cookies under the provider's policy. Please review that provider's policy for detail.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies at any time in your browser settings, and most browsers let you block third-party cookies specifically. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site, including checkout, from working. Useful guidance is available from the ICO at ico.org.uk.
